A leading multi-national Hard/Technical Facilities Management company is seeking a QSHE Advisor to join its team. Reporting to the QSHE Manager, you will play a key role in promoting compliance, driving a positive safety culture and providing QSHE support across contracts. You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the North and Birmingham, making candidates based within easy reach of the M6 corridor particularly well suited. .Key Responsibilities include * Supporting the QSHE Manager with day-to-day QSHE activities. * Carrying out site inspections, audits and compliance reviews. * Providing Health & Safety advice and guidance to operational teams. * Assisting with accident and incident investigations. * Producing and reviewing risk assessments, method statements and contract safety plans. * Delivering Health & Safety training to any areas identified within the contract. * Monitoring performance and preparing QSHE reports for management. * Supporting contract mobilisations and new business projects. * Liaising with clients and operational teams to ensure consistent QSHE standards. * Helping maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. * Assisting in the development and improvement of QSHE policies, procedures and systems. * Following up audit findings and supporting the completion of corrective actions. * Promoting continuous improvement and a positive safety culture across the business. Experience * Experience in a QSHE role within FM, M&E or a multi-site environment. * Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental management, including audits, inspections, risk assessments and statutory compliance. * Experience implementing and reviewing management systems, with a good understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. * Proven ability to build positive working relationships, communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Qualifications * Relevant Health & Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH or equivalent) desirable. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. * Full UK driving license. This QSHE Advisor role offers a salary of £40,000–£45,000, plus a benefits package including a company car or car allowance
