Production Manager Salary: up to £70,000 basic Hours of work: Monday- Thursday 7:30am – 4pm & Friday 7:30am - 3pm Are you an experienced Production Manager looking for your next challenge? HTA (Part of WEC Group) are looking for a driven and hands-on Production Manager to lead our production operations in Coventry. This is a key role for someone who can combine strong leadership with excellent planning, problem-solving and operational discipline. Role & Responsibilities: * Lead, motivate and develop the production team. * Ensure production schedules to meet custome requirements. * Monitor productivity, quality, costs and delivery performance. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. * Ensure health & safety procedures and company standards are consistently followed. * Manage production resources, materials and equipment effectively. * Investigate and resolve production issues quickly and effectively. * Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, procurement and other teams. * Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the production operation. Knowledge, Skills, Experience * Commercially aware and focused on achieving results. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. * Experinced Production Manager * Time served welder / fabricator * Good understanding of Laser, fabrication and welding processes. * Knowledge of health & safety requirements. * Understanding of company quality procedures and specific customer requirements.
