Cover Supervisor

Location: Rotherham Contract: Full-time, Supply Start Date: September 2026 Duration: Ongoing Salary: £100–£120 per day, dependent on experience If you're an experienced Cover Supervisor who enjoys the pace and variety of secondary schools, PK Education want to hear from you. We're working with schools across Rotherham who require reliable Cover Supervisors from September. This is a role where no two days are necessarily the same — you could be covering a Year 8 Geography lesson in the morning and supervising a Year 11 revision class later that afternoon. The school will provide the lesson and resources; your job is to make sure students understand what they're expected to do, remain on task and behave appropriately. The role: Covering lessons across different subjects Working with students from KS3 through KS4 Following lesson plans and resources provided Managing classroom behaviour Supporting students with their work Reporting back to teaching staff where necessary You'll need: Previous experience in a school or similar setting Confidence managing groups of secondary students A firm but approachable manner The ability to follow school procedures Reliability and flexibility This is a good opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor who wants regular work without being tied to one school.
