Mechanical Project Manager

Senior Project Manager – Mechanical / HVAC 📍 South East / UK Projects We’re working with an established and growing mechanical & HVAC contractor looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager. You’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple mechanical and air conditioning projects, with individual project values of up to £1.5m, from initial planning through installation, commissioning and handover. The role will involve: • Managing multiple mechanical/HVAC projects simultaneously • Project programmes, budgets, procurement and subcontractors • Variations, valuations and commercial/cost control • Coordinating design, installation, commissioning and handover • Managing project teams and supporting junior PMs • Chairing client and project meetings • Ensuring H&S, CDM and quality standards are maintained What we’re looking for: • Strong Project Management experience with an HVAC/mechanical contractor • Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, air conditioning, ventilation and mechanical installations • Proven experience delivering projects from inception to completion • Strong commercial awareness • Excellent client-facing and communication skills • Ideally based in the South East, within approximately one hour of Orpington • Comfortable travelling to projects across London and, when required, nationwide • Full UK driving licence Experience across commercial, retail, banking, data centre or critical environments would be particularly relevant.
