Contracts Manager Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a well-established and successful fit-out and refurbishment contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The company delivers high-quality commercial, industrial, office, education and specialist refurbishment and fit-out projects across London and the South East. This is a great opportunity for someone who can combine strong commercial management with hands-on project delivery. The Role You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion with project values between £1m - £5 million, including: * Overall management and delivery of allocated projects * Commercial management, budgets and cost reporting * Subcontractor procurement and management * Valuations, variations and final accounts * Managing programmes and project performance * Client and consultant liaison * Managing subcontractors and supply chain * Identifying and managing commercial risks * Attending project and commercial meetings * Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget About You We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager or Project Surveyor with a main contractor background. Ideally, you will have experience within fit-out, refurbishment or commercial construction, together with: * Strong commercial and contractual knowledge * Experience managing subcontractors and projects * Good understanding of construction programmes * Strong negotiation and communication skills * A commercially driven and proactive approach The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor with a strong reputation and a growing pipeline of work.
