Our client is seeking an experienced Composite Bonding Specialist to support the manufacture and assembly of high-performance composite components for cutting-edge uncrewed and autonomous technology platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative programmes delivering advanced systems for demanding operational environments. Key Responsibilities * Prepare, bond, and assemble composite and metallic components. * Carry out surface preparation and adhesive application processes. * Assemble composite structures to engineering specifications and quality standards. * Interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and build documentation. * Conduct inspections and maintain accurate production records. * Follow all health, safety, and quality requirements. Requirements * Proven experience in composite bonding or composite manufacturing. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Experience working with carbon fibre materials and structural adhesives. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. * Experience within aerospace, defence, autonomous systems, motorsport, or advanced engineering environments is desirable. Contract Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience. Limited (Outside IR35) or Umbrella Company contract Location: Midlands, UK. Duration: Contract position
