What we're looking for: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline (a Master's would be an advantage but is not essential) Some existing understanding of, or genuine interest in, building services engineering A proactive, curious approach and willingness to learn Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Able to commute into the Cambridge officeWhat's on offer: Structured mentoring and support towards professional Chartership Exposure to a broad range of interesting, technically varied projects A collaborative, down-to-earth working culture where your contribution is genuinely valued Clear progression opportunities as part of a growing SMEIf you're a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in building services with a firm that invests properly in its people, this could be the perfect next step.
