Recruitment Consultant – £30–37k + Uncapped Commission Industrial | Commercial | Technical Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm Win business. Smash targets. Build relationships. Earn uncapped commission. We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of client accounts, win new business, deliver exceptional candidates, and help develop junior consultants. The Role * Win new business and grow existing client accounts * Earn 10% commission on your billings * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy to placement * Build and maintain strong, high-quality candidate pipelines * Develop long-term client and candidate relationships * Consistently hit and exceed billing targets * Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing your experience and knowledge What You’ll Bring * 1+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial recruitment * A proven track record in a target-driven recruitment environment * Strong business development and relationship-building skills * Commercially minded, resilient and highly motivated * A proactive approach with the drive to win * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer Autonomy.
