Quantity Surveyor Manchester An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of Manchester’s leading property developers, delivering high quality residential and mixed use developments across the region. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a well established business with a strong pipeline of projects, where you'll have the opportunity to work on landmark developments and progress your career in a supportive commercial team. The Role You'll be responsible for the commercial management of developments from procurement through to final account, working closely with the construction and development teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
