We are proud to have been named BESA Contractor of the Year and, as part of our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Duct Fitters to join our team. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent earning potential, regular work and the chance to become part of a business with a strong pipeline of projects. The Role As a Duct Fitter, you will work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, installing ventilation and ductwork systems to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include: * Installing ductwork and ventilation systems from drawings and specifications * Installing spiral, rectangular and associated ductwork * Fitting grilles, diffusers, dampers and associated components * Measuring, positioning and securing ductwork * Reading and working from technical drawings * Working alongside other mechanical and electrical trades on site * Ensuring installations meet Arcade's quality and safety standards * Identifying and reporting any installation or site issues * Working safely and maintaining a professional standard on site What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced Duct Fitter who: * Has previous experience working as a Duct Fitter on commercial or industrial projects * Is confident installing a range of ductwork and ventilation systems * Can read and work from drawings * Has a good understanding of site health & safety * Takes pride in producing high-quality work * Is reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team * Is comfortable travelling to different project locations * Holds a full UK driving licence * Holds a relevant CSCS/skills card Relevant qualifications and additional site tickets would be advantageous.
