Carpenter Multi - Property Services Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Harrow Salary: £24.00 per hour A Carpenter is required, working for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties. In addition to plumbing duties, candidates should be capable of completing basic multi-trade works to a high standard. Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience is essential. Daily responsibilities: Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance on domestic properties Completing associated multi-trade works where required Providing a high level of customer service to residents Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently Participating in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency repairs Requirements of a Carpenter Multi-Trade: Must hold an NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in carpentry Must have a full UK manual driving licence Must have previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience Benefits for the Carpenter Multi-Trade: Company vehicle, fuel card and uniform supplied Overtime opportunities available, including evenings and weekends Temporary to permanent opportunity If you are interested in hearing more about the vacancy, please apply to the advert or send your CV.
