Pastoral Tutor �� £110 - £140 per day �� Full Time | Monday to Friday �� End August/September 2026 Start Education Matters Group is recruiting a dedicated Pastoral Tutor to join the Tutorial & Enrichment Team at a thriving Further Education College this end August/September. If you're passionate about supporting young people, building positive relationships and helping students achieve their full potential, we'd love to hear from you. The Role As a Pastoral Tutor, you'll play a key role in supporting students throughout their college journey. Working closely with teaching staff and the wider pastoral team, you'll help improve attendance, retention, achievement and progression while promoting student wellbeing and personal development. You'll deliver weekly tutorial sessions, provide guidance and mentoring, and support students as they prepare for their next steps, including Higher Education and UCAS applications. We're Looking For Someone Who Has: Experience supporting young people in an education or pastoral setting. Experience working with A Level students and supporting UCAS applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to motivate, mentor and inspire learners from a range of backgrounds. A genuine passion for student wellbeing, personal development and student success. A degree is desirable, and previous pastoral experience is advantageous. Why Apply?
