Due to continued growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our Client in Shepshed on a temporary on-going with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Warehouse Operative Job Details & Benefits; * Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm * Free Parking * Free Tea and Coffee Warehouse Operative Role & Responsibilities include; * Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) * Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) * Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits * Inspect products for defects and damages and report any discrepancies * Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation * Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately * Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations * Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers * Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment * Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations * Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures * Keep warehouse clean and organised daily Warehouse Operative Person Specification; * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Experience as a warehouse worker and familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods * Good organisational and time management skills * Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system * Team player with organisational skills * Ability to lift or move heavy products If you are interested in the role as a Warehouse Operative, then please apply now by sending your CV
