Onsite Client Manager We are recruiting for a Onsite Client Manager in the Lutterworth area. You will be overseeing the day-to-day delivery of temporary workforce services within a logistics or industrial client environment, ensuring safe, compliant and consistent workforce fulfilment while building strong operational relationships. Details:  Salary: £35,000 per annum Location: Lutterworth Hours of work: Operational shift flexibility required Commission - Eligible for company bonus scheme Duration: Permanent Why work with us as an Onsite Client Manager Opportunity to work 4 days per week outside of peak trading periods Professional development and career progression opportunities Dynamic and collaborative working environment Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful operational impact Long-term career development within a growing business Requirements of an Onsite Client Manager You will need the following: Experience within industrial, logistics or high-volume recruitment environments Confidence managing large blue-collar workforces Strong relationship-building skills with supervisors and managers Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse or production settings High attention to detail, particularly around compliance and workforce data Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Flexibility to work shift patterns aligned to operational needs Calm and professional approach under pressure Hands-on leadership style Excellent communication skills Role of an Onsite Client Manager Overseeing daily on-site workforce operations including attendance and shift allocation Acting as the primary on-site contact for client operational teams Ensuring workforce fulfilment meets agreed volumes and shift requirements Conducting daily worker check-ins and inductions Monitoring absence, lateness and attrition trends Responding quickly to volume changes and operational challenges Maintaining strong shop floor presence Escalating performance, safety or supply risks promptly Collaborating with Recruitment and Delivery teams to maintain pipeline strength Ensuring compliance with right-to-work regulations and onboarding processes Maintaining accurate records and timesheets Promoting health and safety best practice Participating in client reviews and performance meetings Driving workforce retention and engagement If you are interested in the above Onsite Client Manager role please click apply and a member of our team will be in touch.
