Our client is a small Ductwork Contractor operating in the construction sector. They would like to recruit a Junior-Intermediate Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to work on £1-2M projects. The role is office-based with site visits. * You will have a minimum of 1-2 years' commercial experience. * You will have some mechanical and electrical exposure but it is NOT essential that all your commercial experience is within building services. Duties to include: * Variations. * Take-offs. * Payment submissions. * Finacial trackers. * Look-aheads. This is an junior to intermediate role with excellent long-term potential for growth
