We're recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of a well-established client in Dukinfield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team with consistent day and night shifts (no weekends). Production Operative Location: Dukinfield Hours: Days - Monday - Thursday, 06:30am - 18:30pm Nights - Monday - Friday, 18:30pm - 06:30am (Either shift patterns are available) Pay: Days - £13.96 Nights - £16.03 Key Responsibilities: Operating machinery safely and efficiently Monitoring production processes and quality checking Performing basic machine maintenance and reporting issues Keeping work area clean and organised The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred) Good attention to detail and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Long weekends (Friday to Sunday off) Weekly pay On-site parking Temp to Perm Ready to take the next step in your career?
