Responsibilities Operate within a fast-paced paint plant, ensuring the moving production line functions efficiently. Perform essential tasks including jigging, loading, masking, and unloading components according to rigorous process instructions. Utilize digital systems to manage production requirements and verify component quality. Safely operate industrial cranes following detailed training. Adhere strictly to standard work manuals and cycle time requirements to maintain high output standards. Demonstrate problem-solving skills and proactive attention to detail.Working Hours and salary AM £13.83 - £14.58 Monday - Thurs 05:30 - 14:30 Friday - 06:00 - 11:00 PM £16.60 - £17.49 Monday: 14:00 - 23:00 Tuesday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:30 Friday - 10:45 - 15:45 Nights 17.57 - £18.52 Monday: 21:15-06:30 Tuesday - Thursday: 22:00-06:30 Friday - 17:30 - 22:30 Qualifications Proven ability to interpret, understand, and implement standard work guides. Strong commitment to teamwork and effective professional communication. Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is highly valued.
