Fabricator/Welder Rugby Up to £17.00 per hour Permanent | Full-time MIG Welding | Fabrication | Engineering Drawings Are you an experienced Fabricator/Welder looking for steady, long-term work and a solid hourly rate? We’re recruiting for a Fabricator/Welder to join a well-established engineering manufacturer in Rugby. You’ll be carrying out MIG welding and fabrication, working from engineering drawings and producing high-quality components in a busy workshop environment. What’s on offer: * Up to £17.00 per hour * Permanent, full-time position * Stable, long-term work * Varied fabrication and welding projects * Established engineering environment * Opportunity to develop your skills The role: * MIG welding mild steel * Fabricating from engineering drawings * Working with material up to around 20mm * Basic finishing and preparation work * Occasional pipe welding where required What we need: * Previous MIG welding and fabrication experience * Ability to read engineering drawings * Good attention to quality and finish * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Experience with pipe welding, FLT or overhead cranes would be useful but isn’t essential.
