Are you a Track CRE with experience delivering PWay works across major rail infrastructure projects? Do you have previous CRE sign-off and experience leading engineering teams?   Rate: £500/day DOE, Inside IR35 Duration: Long-term contract - expected through to mid-2029 Location: Milton Keynes   This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Track CRE / Lead Engineer to join a major rail infrastructure programme delivering significant track and rail systems.   This is a construction-focused role combining CRE and Lead Engineer responsibilities, with the successful candidate responsible for leading the engineering team while supporting the safe and efficient delivery of PWay works.   Requirements: ·Previous experience working as a Track / PWay CRE ·CRE sign-off is highly desirable ·2-3+ years' experience operating as a CRE ·Strong PWay / track construction experience ·Experience leading and coordinating engineering teams ·Strong understanding of construction delivery and engineering controls ·Experience working within a safety-critical rail environment ·Ability to provide technical leadership throughout construction ·Strong understanding of engineering documentation and compliance ·HNC / HND / BEng in Civil Engineering or equivalent ·PTS This would suit an experienced Track CRE / Lead Engineer who is confident leading an engineering function while remaining focused on construction delivery.   The projects include approximately 4.2 miles of new track and S&C.   Projects are expected to run through to mid-2029, providing approximately three years of long-term contract work.   To avoid missing out on this opportunity, please submit your CV and contact Olivia at Carrington West on (phone number removed) or (url removed)
