Integration Supervisor – Data Centres - EU Passport Location: Sines, Portugal Sector: Data Centres / Mission Critical Employment Type: Full-time | Site-based Salary: €60,000–€80,000 + Accommodation + Transport + Rotation + Monthly Living Cost Allowance We are looking for an experienced Integration Supervisor to join a major Data Centre project in Sines, Portugal. You will be responsible for coordinating the integration of MEP, Electrical, Telecoms and Architectural services, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate different trades to ensure smooth integration of site activities. * Supervise subcontractors and monitor progress against programme. * Prepare weekly progress reports and two-week lookahead schedules. * Attend daily coordination meetings and report on progress and issues. * Manage labour resources in line with project requirements. * Monitor workmanship and quality across the project. * Manage subcontractor performance against scope, programme and quality. * Report variations, delays and project risks. * Coordinate plant, materials and site deliveries. * Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements. * Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings. * Support commissioning, integration and project handover. Requirements * Electrical Engineering qualification or relevant technical qualification. * Experience within an M&E contracting environment. * Telecoms / ICT experience is essential. * Data Centre / Mission Critical experience highly desirable. * Strong site coordination and subcontractor management experience. * Good understanding of electrical, MEP and telecoms interfaces. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Good Microsoft Office skills
