MEP Lead – Data Centres - EU Passport Location: Sines, Portugal Sector: Data Centres / Mission Critical Employment Type: Full-time | Site-based Salary: €130,000–€140,000 + Accommodation + Transport + Rotation + Monthly Living Allowance We are looking for an experienced MEP Lead to join a major Data Centre project in Sines, Portugal. The MEP Lead will take responsibility for managing and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activities across the project, from design and construction through to commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate all MEP services across the project. * Manage MEP engineers, supervisors and subcontractors. * Coordinate MEP works with the wider project team. * Oversee technical reviews, quality checks and progress reporting. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements and company procedures. * Liaise with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders. * Review MEP design documentation, technical submittals and method statements. * Identify and resolve technical and construction issues. * Manage programme, resources and project priorities. * Drive commissioning readiness and successful handover of MEP systems. * Support project planning, forecasting and progress tracking. * Ensure high standards of quality, safety and delivery throughout the project. Requirements * Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. * 10+ years' MEP experience on large-scale construction projects. * Strong experience leading MEP teams and subcontractors. * Proven experience delivering major Data Centre / Mission Critical projects. * Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation and design coordination. * Experience working across construction and commissioning phases. * Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong understanding of project programmes, quality and H&S
