Production Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join a large and well-established company based in Waterbeach. Working Hours Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts * Week 1: 5:00am – 1:00pm * Week 2: 12:30pm – 9:00pm The Role As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a busy production team. Your duties will include: * Operating automated production machinery – full training provided * Labelling products * Picking and packing * Working as part of a team to meet production targets * Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment * Following health and safety procedures * Manual handling and heavy lifting About You Previous production experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is: * Reliable and hardworking * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Able to work well as part of a team * Physically fit due to the manual handling involved * Able to commit to the rotating shift pattern Crem Recruitment are acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy
