Location: Worthing Role Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Our client is looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembly Production Operative to build, assemble, and test specialized electronics and hardware assemblies. You will work within a light manufacturing environment ensuring high-quality standard operating procedures are met. Key Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies following engineering drawings and work instructions. Perform basic wiring, soldering, crimping, and cable harness assembly. Conduct functional testing and visual inspection of completed products. Maintain safety standards, keep workspace organized, and log completion of production batch records. Key Requirements Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or electronics manufacturing. Proficiency with hand tools, soldering irons, and precision measuring instruments. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and basic computer skills
