Building Services Engineer City of London £43,000 - £45,000 We've got a great role for a Building Services Engineer to join our client in Central London. This is a great role to join a rapidly growing building service provider well renowned for their staff retention. As a Building Services Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across M&E systems, troubleshoot, fault find, liaise with contractors, update site logbooks and respond to client needs. Building Services Engineer Duties: PPM and Reactive Maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation ,AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc)., Cooling Towers, Pumps & Motors Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations Communicate with the client Building Services Engineer Requirements: City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineering Apprentice trained (Desirable) Building service maintenance experience At least 3 years experience within commercial property maintenance Salary and Package: £43,000 - £45,000 per annum Private medical care 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays Annual pay review Potential bonuses Internal progression Additional training If you're interested in this Building Services Engineer role, apply today Posted by Alex Clark
