HGV Technician Location: Biggleswade Salary: £45,000 Basic Shift: Day Shift About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join our workshop team in Biggleswade on a day shift pattern. This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 qualified or time-served technician looking to join a professional and well-established operation. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs to HGVs Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and accurately Conduct vehicle inspections in line with DVSA standards Complete MOT preparation work Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety guidelines Maintain accurate job cards and service records Requirements Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or time served Proven experience working on HGVs in a workshop environment Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence (HGV licence advantageous) What We Offer Competitive basic salary of £45,000 Day shift pattern for improved work-life balance Ongoing training and development opportunities Stable and supportive working environment
