FLT Counterbalance Driver Location: Harlow Job Type: Ongoing Temporary Work Shift Patterns Available: Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm Fixed night shift: 10pm-6am (All shifts are 8 hours, Monday to Friday)We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Harlow. This is an excellent opportunity offering flexible shift options, consistent hours, and long-term ongoing work, with additional weekend overtime available for those who want it. Key Responsibilities Operate a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently Load, unload, and move stock throughout the warehouse Support general warehouse duties when required Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times Requirements Valid FLT Counterbalance licence Proven experience in a similar forklift role Reliable with a strong work ethic Able to commit to either rotating shifts (AM/PM) or a fixed night shift Safety boots required (all other PPE provided) What's on Offer Choice of rotating day/afternoon shifts or fixed night shifts Consistent, ongoing work Optional weekend overtime available Supportive team environment Structured shift patterns with regular hours Immediate starts availableIf you are an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver looking for your next opportunity with flexible shift options, we would like to hear from you.
