Laboratory Technician

Lab Technician |Sheffield | £32,000 Are you detail-driven, curious, and passionate about quality? We're working with an innovative Sheffield-based manufacturer looking for a Lab Technician to join their Quality team and help ensure every product leaving the site meets the highest standards. What you'll be doing: Carrying out lab testing to support production and quality assurance Working closely with the Quality Manager to maintain and improve testing processes Playing an active role in driving continuous improvement across the site What we're looking for: Experience working within a quality-focused environment, ideally including lab testing Lean Six Sigma training (Yellow Belt or above) is a strong advantage A methodical, analytical mindset with real attention to detail Someone who thrives working shifts and enjoys being part of a hands-on team What's on offer: £32,000 salary Shift pattern: Days (6am–2pm) / Afters (2pm–10pm) The chance to join a genuinely innovative manufacturing business investing in quality and people If you're ready to bring your quality and lab expertise to a company that's pushing boundaries in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
