KFM are now recruiting a proccess operator for a well established family business based in the Gilberdyke area. We are looking for an exprience operative with a fvalid forklift licence, this role can lead to permanent employment for the right candidate! Benefits: £12.71 per hour + Holiday pay (£14.38 after training) Ongoing work with potential for long-term opportunities. A supportive and friendly working environment. Overtime opportunity (1.5x pay) Day shift (06:00 - 18:00) Role & Responsibilities: Loading and unloading Running machinery Operating a counterbalance forklift truck to move stock and pallets. Conducting pre-use checks on equipment to ensure compliance with H&S standards. Continental shift (Mon/Tues/Wed/Sat/Sunday & Thurs/Friday) Requirements: Valid Forklift Counterbalance Licence (in-date and RTITB/ITSSAR accredited). Previous experience in a similar role within production or machinery Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and commitment to health & safety.
