Mig Welder/Fabricator

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our client based in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company offering consistent hours and competitive pay based on your skill level. Working Hours * Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:15pm or 8:00am - 5:15pm * Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm * Overtime may be available when required. Key Responsibilities * MIG welding mild steel components to a high standard * Fabricating parts from technical drawings * Cutting, grinding, and preparing materials * Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards * Maintaining a clean and organised workspace Requirements * Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Good attention to detail and ability to work independently * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Desirable (but not essential): * TIG welding experience What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate * Stable, full-time hours with an early finish on Fridays * Supportive working environment * Opportunity to develop skills further If you are a skilled MIG Welder / Fabricator looking for a stable role in Pershore with excellent working hours, we would love to hear from you.
