If you have the required experience, then please apply for an immediate response! The Role you will be doing; Reception * Answering the phone in a professional manner * Visitors: ensure they enter their stay in the visitor book, offer beverages * Subcontractors: ensure they have been inducted & their insurance is up to date * Keep the office tidy at all times * In charge of Petty cash * Log in vehicle key movement * Post & order stamps * Any other duties that may be required by Manager Stationary / Cleaning Products * Check Stock regularly and order when necessary Inexpress * Book transport for Non Haz. for Wirelock Purchasing * Collecting delivery notes * Enter on Sage purchase orders * Match purchase orders/delivery notes with invoices and enter on Sage * All invoices to be signed off before filling * Prepare bacs run * Email Remittance Advice About You; * Previous administration experience is essential * Professional telephone manner * Flexible and a team please * Able to work well in small groups * Able to work Monday – Thursday 8am – 4:30pm & Friday 8am – 2:30pm
