This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services while supervising our Care Assistants. Based in a supportive environment, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of our clients across various settings. Responsibilities * Supervise and support Care Assistants in delivering exceptional care to clients. * Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with care plans and quality standards. * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff to address any concerns or needs. * Assist in developing and reviewing care plans tailored to individual client requirements. * Provide training and guidance to new staff members on best practices in care delivery. * Maintain accurate records of client progress and staff performance. * Collaborate with management to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements * Experience in senior care or supervisory roles within the home care sector is essential. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. * NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff. * Familiarity with care plans and regulatory requirements is preferred. * Proficient IT skills for documentation and reporting purposes. * A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
