Service Advisor £31,000 – £32,000 Basic Salary | £38,000 OTE + Uncapped Permanent | Full Time Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm Our client, a busy main dealership, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their established Aftersales team. The department currently has two Service Advisors and is looking to appoint a third. With the team handling approximately 20–22 customers per day, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor who is comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Duties & Responsibilities * Welcoming customers and providing a professional and efficient service. * Booking vehicles into the workshop and accurately recording customer requirements. * Managing customer expectations throughout the service and repair process. * Liaising closely with Technicians and Workshop Control. * Providing customers with regular updates on the progress of their vehicle. * Identifying additional work and discussing repair requirements with customers. * Preparing and explaining invoices to customers. * Maximising customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. * Ensuring all relevant systems and customer records are kept accurately updated. Your Background & Skills * Previous Service Advisor experience within a main dealership is essential. * Experience working within a busy Aftersales environment. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Excellent organisation and attention to detail. * Confident discussing technical information and additional repair work with customers. * Kerridge RTC experience is preferred. * ServiceDoc experience is advantageous. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple customers simultaneously. * Professional, customer-focused and commercially aware approach.
