MIG Welder £15.00 - £16.25 per hour (including production bonus) We're looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business on a permanent basis. You'll be working from engineering drawings to produce both standard and more complex fabrications, with opportunities to develop your skills across the wider business. This role offers a supportive working environment, consistent overtime, and clear progression opportunities. What we're looking for: Strong MIG welding experience (TIG skills desirable but not essential) Ability to produce high-quality, accurate welds Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings Competent in measuring and preparing materials Experience setting up and operating welding and fabrication equipment Familiarity with a range of fabrication machinery Experience using cutting and grinding tools Comfortable working in a team within a target-driven production environment What's on offer: Production bonus on top of your hourly rate Overtime paid at time and a half Clean, friendly working environment Free on-site parking Convenient location with easy access to the A1 39-hour week + regular overtime available Travel allowance for those commuting over 15 miles Interested?
