MEP Lead – Germany Location: Düsseldorf, Germany Sector: Data Centres / Mission Critical Employment Type: Full-time | Site-based Salary: €130,000–€150,000 + Accommodation + Trave + Rotation + €28,000 living allowance We are looking for an experienced MEP Lead to join a major Data Centre project in You will take overall responsibility for the Mechanical & Electrical delivery, leading the MEP team, subcontractors and installation activities from construction through to commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage all Mechanical & Electrical works on the project. * Manage MEP engineers, supervisors and subcontractors. * Coordinate MEP activities with CSA, commissioning, planning and project teams. * Manage programme, labour, materials and resources. * Monitor subcontractor performance, progress and manpower. * Ensure high standards of quality, safety and workmanship. * Review designs and coordinate MEP interfaces. * Manage technical issues, variations and project risks. * Attend client, design, planning and coordination meetings. * Drive testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover. * Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Requirements * Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification or trade background. * 10+ years' MEP experience on large-scale construction projects. * Proven experience leading major MEP installation projects. * Strong Mechanical and Electrical knowledge. * Data Centre / Mission Critical experience strongly preferred. * Experience managing large MEP teams and subcontractors. * Strong understanding of construction programmes, quality and H&S. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * EU Passport – essential.
