Repairs Supervisor – Social Housing Location: Office based in Hainault, sites located within the M25 Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Van & Fuel Card Hours: Monday-Friday Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We’re recruiting an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join an established housing contractor, managing a team of operatives across ongoing repairs and maintenance contracts. What You'll Be Doing: * Supervising repairs and maintenance operatives * Monitoring productivity, quality and contract KPIs * Managing subcontractors and suppliers * Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high standard * Liaising with customers and resolving issues * Completing reports, timesheets and relevant paperwork * Attending site inspections when required * Ensuring sites are safe and compliant What We're Looking For: * Experience within repairs, maintenance or construction * Previous supervisory experience, ideally within social housing * Knowledge of SOR codes * Understanding of contract KPIs * Good IT and administration skills * Strong communication and customer service skills * Full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer: * Company van & fuel card * Permanent position * Ongoing, consistent work * Established housing contractor * Long-term job security * Career progression opportunities If you're looking for more than just another supervisor position and want long-term stability, consistent work and a clear route to career progression, this could be the opportunity for you.
