Chef De Partie

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a hotel in Nottingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef who takes pride in delivering high-quality food and wants to develop their skills within a busy hotel environment. What you’ll be doing: * Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard * Taking responsibility for your designated section * Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards * Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service * Ensuring stock is stored correctly and minimising food waste * Assisting with menu preparation and development * Following recipes, portion controls and presentation standards * Supporting and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team What we're looking for: * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role * A genuine passion for food and delivering high standards * Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures * Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure * Excellent teamwork and communication skills * A positive, reliable and professional attitude * Relevant culinary qualifications are desirable but not essential Apply today with your CV and tell us why you’d be a great addition to our kitchen team
