Multi Trader – High-End Properties Location: Central London – Mayfair & surrounding areas Day Rate: £250–£300 per day Vehicle: Company Van Provided The Role We are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to work across high-end residential and commercial properties in Central London, including Mayfair and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled tradesperson with a plumbing bias and extensive experience working to a high standard in prestigious properties. Responsibilities * General multi-trade maintenance and repairs * Plumbing repairs and installations * Tiling * Plastering and making good * Basic carpentry and general building works * Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance * Working to a high-quality finish within luxury properties * Maintaining excellent health & safety standards Requirements * 10+ years' experience as a Multi Trader * Strong plumbing background * Good knowledge of tiling, plastering and general building works * CSCS Card preferred * NVQ qualifications preferred * Experience working within high-end/luxury properties would be highly advantageous * Professional appearance and excellent communication skills * High attention to detail and quality of workmanship Package * £250–£300 per day, depending on experience * Company van provided * Work across prime Central London locations * Long-term opportunity * High-end properties and quality working environments
