The Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial office fit-out projects. You'll take ownership from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion. Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor programme, quality, commercial performance, and project risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and design teams. Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, company procedures, and quality standards. Manage project variations and resolve issues proactively to achieve successful outcomes. About You Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-out or design & build projects. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent planning, organisational, and communication abilities. Commercially aware with experience managing project programmes and budgets. Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality projects. Relevant construction qualification or equivalent industry experience.
