Visit (url removed) or follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X: #MoretoMurphy A day in the life of a SHES Advisor: • Assisting in maintenance of the Safety Management System, Environmental Management System and Quality Management Systems and to ensure continued compliance with ISO 45001, ISO14001 and ISO 9001. • Carrying out inductions • Producing monthly statistics • Champion Culture Development Programme (behaviour-based safety programme) • Carry out and document site audits and inspections. • Keeping up to date with changes in safety, health and environmental legislation and • construction industry guidance. • Ensuring personnel on site have the pre-requisite training records. • Investigating, logging, and monitoring of Incidents and Non-conformances • Completing all necessary report forms • Identifying significant safety impacts for work areas and helping set-up of appropriate controls • Ensure all safety and environmental records are kept and readily available. • Prepare and present toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings. • Review subcontractor documentation. Does this sound like you: • Higher Diploma in Health & Safety • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience on civils and renewables projects. • Solar Farm Construction experience advantageous. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with one or more teams. • Good IT skills with a high attention to detail • A flexible and proactive approach • Demonstrate leadership skill
