Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Denham Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Our client, a leading M&E contractor, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on HS2 C1, based in Denham. This is a permanent opportunity working on one of the UK's largest infrastructure programmes. The Role: Manage the full commercial cycle on M&E packages within the HS2 C1 works, including procurement, cost control, and reporting Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events, early warnings, and change control Produce monthly CVRs, cost forecasts, and support programme-wide commercial reporting Manage subcontract accounts through to final account settlement Work closely with the project delivery team to protect margin and identify commercial risk and opportunityAbout You: MEP/M&E commercial background preferred; candidates with a solid NEC and infrastructure background will also be considered Strong working knowledge of NEC3/4 contract administration Experience on major infrastructure or rail programmes advantageous SC Clearance desirable (or willingness to obtain)On Offer: Salary up to £85,000 per annum Permanent role on a flagship HS2 programmeInterested candidates should apply directly or contact Jade Ferreira (url removed) for further information
