Job Description We are currently recruiting for Skilled Fabricator Welders to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in the West Midlands. The company specialises in bespoke steel fabrication and the manufacture of large industrial vessels and fabrications, working across a range of industries. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fabricator Welder looking for a long-term position with a reputable engineering business. The Role Duties will include: * Fabricating steel components and structures * Various welding works (MIG and TIG experience) * Working from engineering drawings * Measuring, marking out, cutting and preparing materials * Welding and assembling fabricated components * Checking finished work to ensure it meets quality standards * Working safely and maintaining a clean and organised workshop The Person We are looking for skilled and experienced Fabricator Welders who can hit the ground running. You should have: * Previous experience in a fabrication and welding environment * Strong MIG/MAG/TIG welding skills * The ability to read and work from engineering drawings * Good fabrication and assembly skills * A strong eye for detail and quality * A reliable and hardworking attitude * The ability to work independently and as part of a team What's on Offer? * £17.00 – £18.00 per hour, depending on experience * 7:00am start * Flexible start and finish times can be discussed * Long-term opportunity * Stable, well-established engineering environment * Opportunity to work on interesting and varied fabrication projects Interested?
