Senior Administrator Broadheath £28,000 - £30,000doe A welcoming and long-established business based in the heart of South Trafford are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. Responsibilities include: * Answering inbound calls from customers and clients, dealing with their queries and general update requests in a timely manner * Record new instructions accurately on the central job tracking system. * Create electronic case files on the shared drive and upload all relevant instruction documents. * Allocate cases to consultants based on geographical location and availability. * Record completed reports on the job tracking system. * Prepare and issue fee quotations as requested. * Ensure all case records are maintained accurately and updated in a timely manner. * Undertaking all other administrative duties as and when required Essentials: * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Strong attention to detail & accuracy * Competent in Microsoft Office packages including Work, Outlook and excel * Previous proven administrative experience is essential This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who is detail orientated, passionate and well-organised.
