Plumber Multi Trade (North Kent)

Role Summary We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Plumber Multi to join our Repairs Team. Reporting to the Repairs Supervisor, you will carry out a range of plumbing repairs, maintenance and replacement works across our social housing properties. This is a varied role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service to our residents. In this role, you will take ownership of your work and strive to achieve a first-time fix wherever possible. You will be responsible for completing reactive maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring that repairs are carried out safely, on time and within budget. Working both independently and alongside other trades, you will contribute to the successful completion of maintenance projects while maintaining excellent relationships with residents and client representatives.
