As the Head of Commercial Finance, you'll oversee the financial planning and analysis that supports key business decisions. This temporary role will involve managing budgets, forecasts and financial strategies to help the organisation thrive. Client Details A market leading organisation based on the outskirts of Chichester. Description Manage financial planning and analysis to support commercial objectives. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes. Provide financial insights to guide strategic decision-making. Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business strategies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental targets. Present financial findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Profile A successful Head of Commercial Finance should have: Strong experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting. Proven ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Confidence in presenting financial data to senior stakeholders. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. Experience in team leadership and mentoring.
