Warehouse Operative  Location: Northampton (NN7 2FR) 💷 Pay Rate: £13.59 per hour 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to help maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities well maintained and enjoys a varied, hands-on position. Experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck is highly desirable, as the successful candidate will be required to move baled cardboard and support general site operations. Key Responsibilities Maintaining warehouse and site cleanliness to a high standard Operating an industrial sweeper across the site Moving baled cardboard using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Managing waste streams and controlling site bins Supporting housekeeping and recycling activities Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures Assisting with general warehouse duties as required Requirements Previous warehouse experience preferred Counterbalance Forklift Truck experience desirable  Good understanding of health and safety practices Ability to work independently and use initiative Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards What We Offer Stable, long-term opportunity Friendly working environment If you are an organised and proactive individual with warehouse experience and Counterbalance FLT skills, we'd love to hear from you.
