Recycling Operative – Warsop (NG20) Location: Warsop, NG20 Job Type: Full-Time Shift Pattern: 4 on, 2 off rotating shifts — 8:00am–4:30pm or 11:30am–8:00pm About the Role We are currently recruiting Recycling Operatives to join a busy recycling facility in Warsop (NG20). This is a hands-on role working on-site, helping to sort and separate recyclable materials to support efficient and environmentally responsible operations. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment. Key Responsibilities * Sorting recyclable materials from waste streams * Removing non-recyclable items by hand * Working safely on a production or conveyor line * Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the work area * Following all health, safety, and site procedures About You * Happy to work in a manual, hands-on role * Comfortable working around waste and recyclable materials * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team * Good awareness of health and safety * No previous experience required — full training provided Pay & Benefits * Regular, full-time hours * 4 days on, 2 days off rotating shift pattern * Weekly pay available * On-site training and PPE provided * Overtime opportunities may be available How to Apply If you’re looking for steady work and can commit to a 4-on, 2-off rotating shift pattern, we’d love to hear from you.
