Telephone Market Researcher Location: Royal Wootton Basset  Salary: £13.45p/hour Term:  contract  The successful candidate will be making outbound calls, conducting customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of our clients. They predominately work with UK-based house builders and housing associations speaking to their customers after they have moved into a new-build home. Full training will be provided, no previous call centre or research experience is required. THIS IS NOT COLD CALLING; customers will be expecting to complete our surveys. You will need to have excellent telephone and customer relations skills and be able to hold conversations with a variety of different customers. Job Responsibilities The successful candidates will be outgoing, confident individuals who are passionate about customer service. They will have excellent spelling, grammar and typing skills. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Completing customer satisfaction surveys over the telephone to capture the “voice of the customer” Work independently and as a team to meet deadlines and targets Entering customer feedback in real-time into the company database Engaging with customers to extrapolate how they felt about their buying experience Engaging with housing association tenants on behalf of the regulator of social housing and their housing provider. Qualifications English & Maths GCSE level 4-9 / A*-C or equivalent Excellent spelling and grammar while taking accurate notes Excellent use of written and spoken English Self-motivated Excellent listening and communication skills with an attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team
