Support Worker – West Aberthaw, Barry CF62 4JA Permanent 4 roles 40.25 Hours on Days Full Time Role £13.45/hr - £13.75/hr PLUS Annual Location Allowance: £1,500 (paid monthly) Driver Essential for days (there is no public transport) All you really need to fit in here is a desire to make a difference…… and a driving licence!! Working for one of Wales’s leading providers of specialist services for adults with complex needs, often associated with autism. We support adults in our community homes. Our priority is to improve and maintain the quality of life for the children and adults in our care. We take a person-centred approach to everything we do, empowering people in our care to learn and develop skills and abilities specific to their own development needs. This home has 5 service users, some who have challenging behaviours. DAYS ROLE * DAYS – 42.5hrs a week – West Aberthaw, Barry CF62 4JA * Shifts are working between 08.00am-20.30pm (Includes alternative weekends). DETAILS INCLUDE * Overtime available. * Fixed Shift pattern, so you can always be able to plan your work/life balance. * Permanent Contract, guaranteed hours. * Working in a modern facility for an excellent company.
