Registered Nurse - Hitchin

Registered Nurse Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire (SG4 8BY) Salary: £32,073 - £39,043 per annum DOE Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week About the Role Brainkind is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our specialist neurological care centre, Stagenhoe, in Hertfordshire. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions, supporting their rehabilitation, wellbeing and independence. Key Responsibilities * Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans. * Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care. * Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team. * Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NMC and organisational guidelines. * Ensure care is delivered in accordance with policies, procedures and care plans. * Provide clinical leadership and, where appropriate, take responsibility for managing patient care during shifts. About You * Registered Nurse with post-registration clinical experience. * Knowledge of current clinical best practice. * Understanding of relevant healthcare legislation and nursing standards. * Evidence of ongoing professional development. * Experience managing long-term conditions. * Strong communication and clinical leadership skills. * Ability to lead, motivate and work effectively within a team. * Committed to delivering person-centred care.
