Senior Quantity Surveyor | Planned Maintenance & Refurbishment | London | Permanent   I’m working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team across a long-term pipeline of planned maintenance, refurbishment and improvement works across London.   This is a strong opportunity for an experienced QS who understands framework-led contracting and wants responsibility across projects from procurement through to final account.   The Role Commercial management of planned maintenance and refurbishment projects Preparing budgets and managing target costs Procurement and management of subcontract packages Valuations, applications for payment and subcontractor payments Monthly cost reconciliations, forecasts and commercial reporting Managing variations, contractual claims and final accounts  Projects Long-term London framework programme Planned maintenance and component replacement Refurbishment and retrofit Fire safety and remediation works Projects ranging from £1m to £5m+ Secured framework running through to 2030  What they're looking for Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience Background in planned maintenance, refurbishment, social housing or framework works Strong procurement, CVR, valuation and final account experience Working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts Comfortable commercially managing multiple packages/projects Strong client and subcontractor management skills  The Business Established London main contractor Strong presence across refurbishment, planned maintenance and public-sector construction Long-term framework-led workload Stable commercial team with opportunities for progression  Interested?
